The top management of the Belgian Laroy Group is changing. Thomas van Nielandt succeeds the current CEO Els Laroy and will be responsible for the day-to-day business and the further development of the company.
Main shareholder Laroy will remain active within the Laroy Group as Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors. Furthermore, the management of the feed and logistics activities will be integrated into a strengthened management team. Van Nielandt has been Sales Director at the Laroy Group for a year and has worked in the pet sector for 15 years. He previously held several senior positions (Country Manager, Global Product & Brand Manager and Group Commercial Director) at Beaphar.
In addition to Laroy, CFO Peter Moyaert and Holger Passia, Director of Purchasing & Marketing, the Group's Food Manager Bob Smitz and Logistics Manager Philippe Henderick will also join the strengthened six-person management team under the leadership of the new CEO.
